Owner and baker Heather has had a passion for baking since she was a little girl, learning in the kitchen by watching her mom and falling in love with the joy that homemade treats can bring. Today, Mama B’s Bakehouse brings sweet treats and big smiles to neighborhoods, festivals, private parties, corporate events, and special celebrations. From our converted blue horse trailer, we serve up handcrafted lemonades, fizzy cowboy sodas, and golden fried favorites that bring smiles wherever we go. Each lemonade is made fresh with bold, fruity flavors, while our cowboy sodas add a sparkling, creative twist that keeps customers coming back for more.

Alongside our refreshing drinks, we’re known for our irresistible fried treats. From crispy funnel cakes dusted in powdered sugar to gooey fried Oreos and tangy fried pickles, our menu is built around the flavors people crave at fairs and festivals. It’s the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and nostalgic comfort food.

To keep up with demand, we also run a cheerful green-and-yellow pop-up trailer dedicated entirely to drinks. Whether it’s lemonades or cowboy sodas, the pop-up makes sure thirsty customers never have to wait too long.
