Established in September of 1966 to provide quality childcare in a Christian environment. Their primary concern is the spiritual, emotional, physical, social, and intellectual development of each child in their care. The daycare program is an integral part of the total ministry of the church. This is a full day childcare center offering care from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Their program stresses living and learning together in a Christian context as well as a comprehensive preschool program. The center will accept any child whose needs can be met in our developmental setting. It is the hope of this program that through the varied learning experiences in our center, each child is made aware of his or her potential and is motivated to work towards that end.

The Angier & Black River Fire Department proudly protects over 15,000 residents living in an area of approximately 36.5 square miles in the Angier and Black River Township. The station is staffed Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. with paid staff. Volunteer firefighters cover nights, weekends, and holidays.
