Self Defense

A personal protection program that teaches adults how to protect themselves and their loved ones. Classes cover critical skills in situational awareness, avoidance strategies, effective communication and physical response exercises and training. SDS level 1 is a 6-hour training session (2 hours each session for 3 sessions) consisting of lecture, discussion, demonstration and physical practice. Participants experience realistic encounters as they learn to develop skills while developing the critical tools of personal protection...awareness, avoidance, communication and physical response. A few of the Topics covered include; the criminal mind, personal protection & the law, how to train the mind, physical & mental preparation, effective communication and much more.
