I provide personal training, small group training, group fitness, corporate fitness nutrition coaching, and wellness coaching currently. I will be adding healthy personal chef to my business in the spring.

Oak Hill offers residents a personal and dignified home away from home. Opened in 1997, we are situated on a beautifully landscaped 16 acre campus—a fourth generation homestead.
Oak Hill was named because of the beautiful oak trees that line the property. The 42,000 square foot modern one story brick building offers a variety of rooms options ranging from semi-private rooms with half baths to suites with private courtyards.
Our team creates a customized plan of care and service based on our residents' needs and interests including:

-24-hour care by certified Aides & Professional Medication Administrators
-Medication administration using electronic charting
-Bathing, dressing, eating and incontinence care assistance if needed
-Three well-balanced meals and snacks prepared on-site daily in accordance with residents' dietary needs
-Regular visits to the Community by health care providers
-Partnership with Cape Fear Long Term Care Pharmacy to assist with medication management and enable residents to conveniently order medication
-Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse

My heart behind this work is simple; I want to support the emotional well-being of people in our community. My practice is here to offer compassionate, accessible, and high-quality mental health care for individuals and families. I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves better, learn new tools, and feel supported along the way.
My faith, my love for family, and the values of honesty, joy, and integrity shape how I show up as a therapist. I believe real healing happens in a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted. My Christian faith influences the way I view each person as valuable, capable of growth, and deserving of compassion. At the same time, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and meet everyone exactly where they are with openness and respect.
My hope is that anyone who walks into my practice leaves feeling more hopeful, grounded, renewed, and strengthened emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I want people to feel encouraged, supported, and equipped to face whatever life brings with confidence and grace.
