As a private sector Voluntary Benefits provider, we bring our plans to employees as long as the owner wishes to participate.
There is no cost to the employer (unless they decide to pay for any plan)
This is what we offer:
* Avoid worker's comp claims for accidents outside of the job.
* Improves employee retention
*Saves employer money, since they don't have to pay for the benefits themselves.
* Provides income to the employees if they get hurt or diagnosed with a critical illness or emergency hospital visit ( depending on the insurance plan the employee chooses to buy ie accident, Critical illness or Hospital plan)

Since CommWell Health opened its doors in 1977, they have remained committed to providing high-quality health care in a patient-centered health home setting. CommWell Health has multiple locations throughout southeastern North Carolina. They are a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center.

CommWell Health delivers culturally sensitive, linguistically appropriate, full life cycle primary, preventative, behavioral, and oral health care and enabling and care coordination/health coach services, regardless of one’s ability to pay. Their goal and commitment is to help  communities get and stay healthy. They believe high-quality health care starts with compassion and dignity and is available when and where you need it.

Their board-certified medical staff and licensed dentists, work in leading-edge facilities throughout southeastern North Carolina, to give you the finest care possible. Most medical and dental insurances are accepted and a sliding scale fee is in place for those without insurance.
