A ribbon cutting was held for chamber member Angier Cruise-In, Friday, April 9th during the first official Angier Cruise-In event. Chamber members, town officials, family and friends were present to enjoy the fun evening in downtown Angier and welcome Jason Parten, who started Angier Cruise-In to the Chamber. Jason sponsors Cruise-In and car show events with proceeds from his events going to Make-A-Wish. Six more crusie-ins are scheduled for downtown Angier the first Friday night of May - October. Following each cruise-in Singing & Shagging at Simon'z Restuarant are also sponsored by Angier Cruise-In.
